Refund Policy

Every account can try SyncIt free for 2 days before paying.

First payment: if SyncIt doesn't work for you, email us within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund.
Renewals: you can cancel anytime from the customer portal linked in your Creem receipt email to stop future charges. Renewal charges are generally not refunded, but contact us if something went wrong.
Refunds are issued through Creem to your original payment method.
