SyncIt ("we", "the service") is operated by Berke Arslan, an individual based in Türkiye. By using SyncIt you agree to these terms.

The service

SyncIt is a Stremio add-on that finds subtitles from third-party sources using your own accounts and adjusts their timing to match the video file you are playing. SyncIt does not host, distribute or sell video content, streams or IPTV.

Your accounts and content

• You must use your own debrid and subtitle accounts and follow their terms.
• You are responsible for having the right to watch the content you play.
• Your add-on link contains your encrypted settings. Keep it private; anyone with the link can use your configuration.

Trial and subscription

• Each debrid account gets one free 2-day trial. Creating new accounts to get extra trials is not allowed.
• After the trial, the service requires a monthly subscription, billed through Creem (creem.io), our merchant of record.
• You can cancel anytime from the Creem customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Availability

We aim to keep SyncIt running but don't guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect sync for every file. Subtitle availability depends on third-party sources.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse, overload, resell or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend access for abuse.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last month.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
